BHC Sponsorship Request

Thank you for your interest in partnering with BHC. Our committee meets once a month to review all requests. To be considered, please complete the application below with as much detail as possible. Requests will receive a response within 30 days of submission. Donations are allocated based on budget availability. We will be in touch with you via email regarding our decision. Requests must be made at least 60-days prior to the event.
